    Hart House is pleased to welcome brunch-lovers to the Gallery Grill for a celebration of Mothers and all they do.

We always have such a pleasant experience here. Beautiful atmosphere, the food is spectacular, delicious. The quality is so much higher than some of the other supposedly fancy restaurants. Attentive and warm service.

Hart House Viols

Curious about those beautiful stringed instruments on display in the Gallery's Bar Lounge? The Hart House viols are museum-quality instruments that are tuned and played regularly.

The collection of six viols is on permanent display in a glass case in the Gallery Grill restaurant on the second floor of Hart House. Each one was made by a different luthier, with the earliest one from c. 1580 in London and the most recent one from c. 1761 in Paris.
